Women In Film Las Vegas is a dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals in the global entertainment industry. With 40 chapters across four continents and 18 countries and a strong global membership, our organization is able to provide a powerful network. Founded in 2002 by Phyllis Cesare-Taie, WIFT LV's diverse core members are committed to enhancing education and creating more job opportunities for independent producers, writers, and administrative personnel. While headquartered in Las Vegas, the epicenter of entertainment, WIFT LV has expanded its influence at home and abroad to create even more opportunities for our members.

The members and supporters of this organization include luminaries such as Whoopi Goldberg, Goldie Hawn, Penny Marshall, Steven Spielberg, and Pierce Brosnan. Our main goal is to champion, promote, and empower individuals in all facets of the entertainment industry. Additionally, we aim to promote Nevada's remarkable production resources globally by utilizing them in educational programs and offer resources, information, education, and opportunities in all aspects of the industry, from business to personal development for women and men.

WIFT Las Vegas is a community-driven and charitable organization that provides programs and events for its community and members. It offers a network of PR contacts, training, workshops, professional development, access to opportunities, and industry awareness.
